Edinbrough based tearooms eteaket have gone from strength to strength since they opened their doors in 2008. The company was started by Erika who wanted to shake up teas image in the UK and bring it up to speed with the likes of coffee and wine. She has travelled the worlds' tea Meccas to find the best varieties and bring them to the UK.
