The Fine Cheese Co. have been specialists in British hand-made cheese for over 20 years. The company was started by Ann-Marie Dyas, a judge at both the British and World Cheese Awards. Ann-Marie has a passion for supporting British cheese producers and introducing them to as wide an audience as possible. The Fine Cheese Co. ranges are not sold in British Super Markets.
